All Sales Are Final

At Cozy Ho Co., we take great pride in the quality and care we put into our products. Due to the nature of our items and in order to maintain hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or style ordered

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues

  • Gifted items

Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
