Welcome to Cozy Ho Co., where luxury meets bold comfort. We want your shopping experience to be as seamless and iconic as our blankets. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., during launches or sales).

  • Each blanket is hand-cut, sewn, and packaged with care. Quality takes time — and it’s always worth the wait.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Shipping

  • We offer fast, free, and reliable shipping via USPS within the United States.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Cozy Ho Co is not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at cozyhoco@gmail.com — we’re happy to make it right.

  • If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

  • We gladly accept custom and commissioned blanket requests.

  • Full payment may be required upfront. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided before your order is confirmed.

  • To start a custom project, contact us directly at cozyhoco@gmail.com.

Payment​

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options at checkout.

  • Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

  • Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Colorado, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

  • All prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Product Availability

  • Inventory is updated regularly. Most blankets are one-of-a-kind, and once they’re gone — they’re gone.

  • If you’re looking for something specific or want to recreate a sold-out style, reach out. We might just be able to make something iconic, just for you.
