2. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of handmade items. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Colorado, per state and local regulations.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Square. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Cozy Ho Co is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final due to the custom, handmade nature of our products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Custom & Commissioned Orders
Custom pieces require clear agreement between both parties regarding style, timeline, and payment. Full payment may be required upfront. Turnaround times for custom orders will be communicated before production begins.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, product designs, and logos — is the property of Cozy Ho Co and may not be used without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cozy Ho Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products or website.
10. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected and used.
